Ordering
What size should I buy?
Please measure your dogs neck with a soft measuring tape to choose the right size. Please remember to add an inch/3cms for breathing space. If you allow more space than this your dog could slip their collar.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Should your goods be damaged or faulty please let us know straight away so we can rectify this matter quickly.
What is a lick mat
Lick mats are designed with grooves and raised designs for you to fill with food, essentially they are enrichment toys.
They are particularly useful for keeping your dog busy and happy when you are out or getting them used to their crate or new surroundings.
They simply stick to surfaces using the suction cups underneath.
Licking and chewing release endorphins which creates that " happy " feeling in your dog.
Some of the most popular foods that can be used are;
peanut butter ( 100% nuts )
natural yogurt
pureed veg
cream cheese
sweet potato
honey
blueberries
How many treats should I feed my dog
In general you should follow 10% Rule. This means treats should add up to no more than 10% off your dog's daily calorie intake.
To work this out you need to know roughly how many calories your dog should have.
This can usually be found on the back of the dog food you buy.
To give you a rough guide it is common sense.
If your dog is very active and ideal weight, treats are ok.
If your dog sleeps on the sofa all day and only gets a small amount of exercise, definitely the 10% Rule applies.
If your dog is overweight or a senior dog you can still give treats but in moderation and try to find low calorie treats such as carrots, lean meat or blueberries.
If you are worried about the weight of your dog always consult you vet.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
