Deliveries

Deliveries are sent via recorded post or courier and are insured against failed delivery.  We aim to pack all items securely, however if your item arrives damaged please take photos of the packaging and the damage and send these to us (woof@barkers.pet ) so that we can contact the courier company.

We reusee are packaging so items dispatched will be in new or used boxes, to save the environment.

Deliveries should arrive in  7 working days.  If you require an item more urgently than please contact us and we will advise what can be done.
